ABSTRACT:

This peper discuss about model development of control based information system audit to prevent information system’s failure of asset safeguard, keep data integrity and improve effectivity and efficiency of organization’s goal. This model is developed based on information system functionality concept and control, with qualitative mesuaremet system based on ISO 9001-2000 quality management standar.
